Yet, we find more and more that simple eating habits can help people's moods and health super easily. A lot of stuff we use for medicine involves concentrating vitamins from natural resources. It kind of shows how easily our culture can discount well-known and effective methods for health until we figure it out ourselves. European culture had some of the worst medicinal practices in the world just two or three hundred years ago. I think it's really valid how a lot of new philosophies are entering into popular culture today. I wonder if there's anything in Chinese medicine that can help my aunt. She has social anxiety disorder. It totally also gives some evidence to debunk that whole 'shy people are psychic' thing since it makes way more sense that most people who sense stuff from other people would be more social. Like, a lot of scientists think it totally is something everybody can do, so it would kind of make sense that it would sort of get better if you used it more. Sound is totally the new wave of science since it's all just a bunch of vibrations and that's kind of what electricity is too. So it's like, sending specific signals or whatever. I heard our hearing might already be damaged as a world because of all the satellite and cell phone transmissions.
